The Glimcher Group is excited to welcome Ashley Furniture to Monroeville Plaza! Ashley’s new showroom celebrated its grand opening on Friday, November 1, marking its third location in the Pittsburgh area. This opening also highlights the completion of a significant façade renovation for half of the Monroeville Plaza shopping center. Opening day festivities featured food, live music, confetti cannons, and special deals for the first customers in line. Inside the new store, visitors found a wide array of furniture options for every room, from bedrooms and dining rooms to office and youth spaces. Each piece is thoughtfully arranged in stylish, inspiring settings, helping customers envision their perfect home look. In line with their commitment to community, Ashley Furniture launched an outreach initiative for the grand opening, including a $2,000 donation to Animal Friends and a pledge to donate a portion of all November sales to the organization. We are proud to support Ashley Furniture’s contributions to the local community and to bring new energy and opportunity to Monroeville Plaza.
